Yes. HIPAA Training Solo is free HIPAA staff training for a single user — no credit card, free forever. If you have a team, HIPAA Training Team is $350/year for unlimited staff. The Full Compliance Platform (all 17 modules, AI tools, policy templates, and audit reports) is a separate plan at $249/month ($199/month with annual billing) with a 7-day free trial.

The 7-day free trial applies to the Full Compliance Platform. Sign up at /sign-up — a card is required (we place a temporary $1 authorization to confirm the card works, then void it), but you are not charged for 7 days, and you can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid any charge. You get full access to all 17 compliance modules for 7 days. If you don't subscribe by the end of the trial, dashboard access locks — but your practice data is preserved, not deleted, and it's all there if you reactivate later. Trial accounts can invite staff, run a security risk assessment, and generate audit packets just like paid accounts. (Looking for something free? No. GuardWell uses flat-rate pricing — $249/mo monthly or $199/mo annual covers your entire practice regardless of staff count. A 3-person dental office and a 30-person multi-specialty group pay the same. This is intentional: per-seat pricing creates perverse incentives for practices to under-license, leaving compliance gaps.

You can cancel at any time from your account's billing portal, and there's no cancellation fee and no minimum commitment beyond the billing period you've already paid for. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — your access continues through the time you've paid for rather than being refunded pro-rata. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise; see our Terms of Service for the governing language. Everything's included. The flat rate ($249/mo, or $199/mo billed annually) covers all 17 modules — there are no separate add-ons for OSHA, OIG, state law, or anything else, and the AI Concierge is included rather than sold as a separate consulting engagement. Many compliance tools price per-module or per-seat and layer consultant fees on top; GuardWell is intentionally all-in, so your cost is predictable regardless of practice size.

The Concierge is included in the Full Compliance Platform at no extra cost — there's no per-message charge and nothing separate to buy. There is a fair-use ceiling of 60 messages per user per day, well above normal use, which resets on a rolling 24-hour basis. The Concierge runs on Anthropic's Claude via Google Cloud's Vertex AI (covered by our Google Cloud BAA) and reads your live compliance data to answer plain-English questions about open incidents, SRA findings, training gaps, regulatory alerts, and more. It is not included with the HIPAA Training plans.

Yes — multi-location pricing is published on this page. Flat annual rates run $2,388 for 1-2 locations, $4,788 for 3-5, and $9,588 for 6-15, with 16+ quoted to your structure. Staff stay unlimited at every band. One important qualifier: locations that run as one compliance programme — one policy set, one staff roster, one score — count as a single location no matter how many addresses they occupy, so a group under single ownership is often band one.
