If you don't subscribe by the end of the trial, your account moves to a read-only state for 30 days (so nothing is lost if you decide to return), then is removed. Trial accounts can invite staff, run a security risk assessment, and generate audit packets just like paid accounts.

Annual billing is paid up-front ($2,388/year vs $2,988/year monthly) and saves roughly 20%. The features are identical — same 15 modules, same Concierge query limits (unlimited), same staff seat allowance (unlimited). No long-term contract; cancel anytime with a prorated refund.

No. GuardWell uses flat-rate pricing — $249/mo monthly or $199/mo annual covers your entire practice regardless of staff count. A 3-person dental office and a 30-person multi-specialty group pay the same. This is intentional: per-seat pricing creates perverse incentives for practices to under-license, leaving compliance gaps.

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time and the remaining period is refunded pro-rata. Annual subscriptions can be canceled within the first 30 days for a full refund, or after 30 days for a pro-rata refund of unused months. There's no cancellation fee and no minimum commitment beyond the billing period you've already paid for.

Everything's included. The flat rate ($249/mo, or $199/mo billed annually) covers all 15 modules — there are no separate add-ons for OSHA, OIG, state law, or anything else, and the AI Concierge is unlimited rather than a separate consulting engagement. Many compliance tools price per-module or per-seat and layer consultant fees on top; GuardWell is intentionally all-in, so your cost is predictable regardless of practice size.

Unlimited under the $199/mo plan. The Concierge runs on Claude Sonnet 4.6 and reads your live compliance data to answer plain-English questions about open incidents, SRA findings, training gaps, regulatory alerts, and more. No per-message charge, no monthly quota.
